About. |
Established in 2017The journey really started in late 2016 thanks to a Facebook rabbit hole. Founder Tony Henderson-Newport connected with the Rebel Business School UK and after participating in the Rebel Business School in the UK in early 2017, he negotiated the New Zealand License. It took until Oct 2017, a year after that Facebook rabbit hole for the first event to run in Aotearoa. Porirua City Council enabled that first event in New Zealand and now in 2023 Rebel Business School Aotearoa has about now run 50 events across the country.

Semaine is the name of a book self published in the UK by Founder Tony Henderson-Newport. The books unlikely hero is a chameleon who must embrace change to overcome adversity to find a way forward. In bringing Semaine Group to life the analogy seems very fitting for the entrepreneurial marketplace in which these businesses function.
